RETURNS OF BUNDLES

 

To be eligible for return, all of the items in the Bundle must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition they were in when received.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. For example, when an item in the Bundle is not in its original condition, has been damaged, or the Bundle is missing items.

 

RETURNS OF INDIVIDUAL TOYS OR BOOKS

 

Please do not send any defective products back to its manufacturer or publisher. We will replace items that arrived damaged or defective.

REFUNDS


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email that acknowledges receipt of the return and how the refund request will be handled.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS


If your refund doesn’t arrive after a reasonable amount of time, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It often takes financial institutions some time before a refund is posted.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, so you will be responsible this cost.
