COMMITMENT TO YOUR PRIVACY
INFORMATION WEESCHOOL GATHERS
Personal information refers to information that is connected to your name and may include things such as your email address, mailing address, and date of birth. We may collect similar information from you about your child. Although children may use an application after a parent or guardian downloads and registers the application, the application is not targeted for children under the age three, and as a result, all personal information about a child is solicited directly from the child’s parent or guardian. WeeSchool collects personal information when users voluntarily submit it to us. In addition to personal information that we may receive from you, WeeSchool may collect other non-personal information from users using the following methods:
Information through aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views and tap or click behaviors. This information allows us to better tailor our functionality and content to users’ needs and to help our partners better understand the demographics of our audience.
WeeSchool may track user traffic patterns. However, we do not correlate this information with the personal information of the individual users. WeeSchool.com may break down overall usage statistics according to a user’s domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user’s browser).
We may collect certain device information. Device information may include, for example: the type of device you are using (e.g., your particular brand of phone or tablet), certain device identifiers which may be unique to your device, your Internet service provider, and depending on your permissions, content you have stored on your device (e.g. contacts stored on your phone).
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
WeeSchool’s primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with services. WeeSchool uses any personal information voluntarily given by our users to enhance their experience, and the experience of their children, in our application and website, whether to provide interactive or personalized elements or to better prepare future content based on the interests of our users.
We use personal information that users voluntarily provide to send out electronic newsletters and to enable users to participate in polls, surveys, message boards, forums and research. We send out newsletters to subscribers on a regular schedule (depending on the newsletter), and occasionally send out special editions when we think subscribers might be particularly interested in something we are doing. WeeSchool.com never shares newsletter mailing lists with any third parties.
WeeSchool may create aggregate reports on user demographics and traffic patterns for partners. We will not disclose any personal information about any individual user except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.
In addition, WeeSchool may use personal information to (i) operate, evaluate and improve our business (including developing new services), (ii) to manage your employment application, assess your qualifications and manage your employment with us, (iii) to provide maintenance, support, and customer services for the application and website, and (iv) to protect against fraud and identity theft and comply with and enforce applicable legal requirements, relevant industry standards, and our policies, including our Terms and Conditions located at https://weeschool.com/terms-of-use/.
